Both playful and alarming, Chris Ryniak’s world seems to give a home to only the most curious of critters. His subjects are based on his own life experiences but also symbolize the natural world. Both a sculptor and a painter, his work lies across a range of colours, shapes, textures and most of all, reactions.
A graduate and former instructor of the Ringling School of Art and Design, Ryniak’s work has been exhibited in galleries throughout North America including Miami, LA, New York City and Montreal (Canada), as well as Hamburg, Germany and Rome, Italy. His work has also been published in numerous books and periodicals in the United States as well as Europe and Singapore.
